Bug? Newsletter preview broken

Running 2.1 RC4

I just noticed that if you compose a newsletter, and then choose [Preview], the result isn't formatted WYSIWYG-style, but instead has all the raw BBC ([color], [size], [font], etc).

Is this a bug?

Make sure to check the box to send it in HTML format.
