Where to start? Looking for auto language translation

I've got condo forum for a condo in Mexico.  The owners typically speak either Spanish, English or French (Canadians.) I would like some easy way so that a post can be (roughly) translated using google translate or something else.  It needs to be simple because by the time people can afford these condos they are really old and often the current owners aren't tech savvy at all.  I've played around with browser based translations with mainly chrome but that's all going to be too difficult. Best case would be to have your native language in your member account profile and so it would automagically translate (with a button to show the original as well.) The other solution would a language button that shows up in the posting that could be selected.  So is this a mod request or a feature request or does something like it already exist.  TIA.

chrome will usually pop up a message asking to translate page
