No Access to Forum

Forum was up and running for two months using Ver 1.0.5
Now I can't open forum, instead I get a page with a list of notices and a warning.
Uninstalled SMF and renstalled using Fantastico, still get same problem.

Forum link is:

hxxp:tkdtutor.com/TKDTutorForums/index.php [nonactive]

I am also on the LunarPages server. I cannot gain access to the SMF admin page, same problem as watchman23 had in the previous topic.
