Lost my history of Tags.......

I would use tags such as Yamaha, Korg, Ketron, Technics......... So all I would do, is to just start typing a "K" and a drop down would appear with "Korg and Ketron" and then all I had to do is just select one.

For some reason this ability is not happening....I am up to date on SMF Software

I am on a Mac and tried Safari, Chrome and Edge.

Please advise

Unfortunately , I do not have any Tag Mods installed

at some point you would have had to because that's not a core feature of smf 2.0.x

Doesn't look like it, but it could have been manually installed, or just deleted from the packages even by mistake.

But shadav is right, for that functionality you would have needed either a mod package or manual custom coding done.

I am still confused over this issue...I have not installed any mods.....Just for the heck of it, I used Firefox, lo and behold, the tags are working again....

Went back to Chrome, Edge and Safari, tags are not working .

They are not, and have never been, a core feature of SMF.
So at some point the forum must have had some custom coding done to it - With or without a mod package.
The problem sounds like the issue is simply in presentation though, a compatibility issue with modern browsers perhaps.
