Some boards show for guests, others don't

I run TigerTriple.com [nofollow] and I inherited the forum from a past admin. One of my frustrations is, that not all forums are visible for guests. I would like to make the forum more open, also to attract more visitors because of Google indexing.

I have gone to the "Manage Boards and Categories", but when I choose modify a board, I cannot find a setting to allow guests to view posts. I can change the permissions to allow guests to post, but I don't want that. I want visitors to see the content (and Google), but not to be able to post before registration.

How can I make that work?

When editing a board it shows "Allowed groups".
You can select the groups that can access/see the board, including guests. It will also grant access to see topics in the board.
