Photo's and sound

I have a member on my forum who can not see photo's or hear sound.  How can i help her?

A little more info would be helpful.

Are you actually on SMF 1.1?

Is she the only one with the problem?

Does she have adblockers and script blockers installed?

Etc.

I think you should ask her to try from another browser and see if she is facing the same or not, many times it's the issue of the browsers.
