My posts image attachment is breaking!!

Good day everyone, please forgive my writing as I am not good in English. I am newbie in smf . If I make a post and I attach an image to it the image will not show rather it would look like an image not fully loaded caused by network . I will attach my screenshot below You cannot view this attachment.

If it's an attachment that shouldn't happen, only if it's an external link.
