Annoying Little Bugger - Ctrl Z Issue With WYSIWYG Editor

I keep coming across an annoying little bugger...

If I CUT/PASTE something in to WYSIWYG editor... but paste as plain text... I can then hit CONTROL-Z to delete what I pasted as normal.  However,  if I paste as normal (with formatting etc),  Control-Z no longer works.

I just checked here and it IS working (control z with normal paste)... Any ideas where I can look to see why in the heck Control Z won't work in my sites editor when pasting normal text?

I've added that to the topic's title. I don't like changing someone's topic title altogether if possible.
