Hi,

As it says in the theme's description, it's compatible with SMF 2.1.0.

If you are using SMF 2.0.x, it just won't work.

i AM USING smf 2.0.19

SMF 2.1.19 does not exist. I believe you are using SMF 2.0.19 which is a lower version than 2.1.0.

I would recommend upgrading your forum to version 2.1.2, which is the latest.

Works fine now, it was an issue with the version of theme installed.

Writing in all caps is the written equivalent of shouting, which is generally considered rude. So, think twice before pressing Caps Lock next time.

If a theme install fails and the forum won't work, you can usually get back to the default theme with /index.php?theme=1

To avoid issues like this, it is always a good idea to have backups and make sure packages you install are actually compatible with your version of SMF.
