Installed some new themes and..

It's such a  shame. The autumn theme is really nice... there are no seasonal themes for my version,  🙄

I know. I'm moving this back to 2.0 support. The theme in your first post is the correct one for your forum version. There has to be a problem with the forum itself that needs correcting before new themes can be added.

Then you go on and say:

Please be very clear when providing details such as the forum version that you are using. Otherwise it gets very confusing when you first say something, and then come back with something quite different. Not to mention time how consuming that is, going back and forth to just establish the forum version, about which I am still not sure what you are using.

The session problem is a factor in some older 2.0.x themes, because we upgraded session security in 2.0.15.

It's a fairly easy fix -- replace 4 lines or so of the index.template.php code.

The other thing is, however, installing themes after mods may cause issues, since the template edits for the mod are not done in the new theme.

Again, usually a fairly easy fix,  but you have to be willing and able to edit php files

All sorted now. My co admin had the same issue when he tried the halloween theme. He ended up having to change it via the database. What a performance.,all because I wanted new themes.
