hello dears, im installing a smf 2.1.2 and appears this error

the virtual server have 1gb ram, 1 core with 2.40 ghz and 1gb on disk space im using this softwares:
MySQL 5.5.62
Apache 2.4.54
PHP-8.1
phpMyAdmin 5.0

i no speak english but the error is strange, anyone can help me?

i can remove the error changing host test, now have a vps with 8gb ram, 2 cores
The version of php cant run in the old vps
