Link to the last post of a child forum

Hello,
I greatly modify the theme, to display for each child board a link to the last post. But the only link I can display is the last post of the whole board.

An example, otherwise it's not very clear.

The default presentation is

Code Select Expand

Category 1
Forum 1 ⋅ Link to the last new post of the all board (Forum 1, A, B, C)
Forum A, Forum B, Forum C  (link only if new post, to all unread posts of the child board)[/td]

My forum has the following hierarchy and should display the links:

Category 1
Forum 1  ⋅  Link only to last post of Forum 1
Forum A  ⋅ Link only to last post of Forum A
Forum B  ⋅ Link only to last post of Forum B
Forum C  ⋅ Link only to last post of Forum C
I really can't figure out how to format the links to get this result...
