How to change max size to upload avatar ?

Hello,

All is in the title 

I want to allow my member to upload bigger avatar. The size is limited to 65px, and I want allow 200px. How can I change that ?

Subsidiary question: is there a way to resize the image when sending? User wouldn't have to worry about the size, but on my side I would host small files.

Max avatar size is set in the avatar settings of admin...
It does not resize UP though, only down...  and it does not apply retroactively to previously loaded avatars

Ho, yes, on "index.php?action=admin;area=manageattachments;sa=avatars"...

I search a lot in "feature and Options" (where we find something about profil like signatures and profile fiels) and "Theme" and I didn't see this option...
