I just tested on my main forums and then tested on clean install of SMF 2.1.3 and get the same results in Chrome, Brave & Edge. Haven't tried Firefox yet but...

When creating a topic I can paste into the text box plain text but if I click on "Toggle Source View" and click "Ctrl+V" it doesn't do anything.

I don't have this issue with SMF 2.1.2, only 2.1.3.

Bug?

(Edit: Just tried here in this topic and same issue)

Thanks,

Working fine for me here. (Firefox/Windows 10)

Chrome, Brave and Edge are all Chromium browsers so try Firefox.
DO NOT pm me for support!

Yep, it works in firefox so I guess this feature is only compatible with firefox!? :(

Is there a way to disable/remove it then? If it doesn't work in ALL major browsers then I would like it removed!

Could be something broken in current Chromium. This also means it could get fixed by itself in a while.
But also, could be something broken in 2.1.3 if you say this is not an issue in 2.1.2.

EDIT: Moved to bug reports pending closer look.

Thanks for looking into it!

I just installed a fresh 2.1.2 and had no problems "on any browser posted above" so it must be something broken in 2.1.3.

I have not been able to reproduce this with Chrome or Firefox.

One thing you could try is running your browser in safe mode/no addon mode. Does the issue still occur then?

Any errors in the browser's JavaScript console?

:o I haven't changed or removed anything so it must've been a glitch because it is working fine now in all browsers so I'm marking this solved! ;)
