How to transfer my forum to a different domain

Is it possible to transfer my Forum from one domain to another without loosing any data..

You can either simply point a new domain to the existing host and run repair_settings.php to set SMF up to use the new domain, or move to another host completely as described in the wiki link above. All possible, all fairly easy, all fairly safe if you take your time and make sure to backup everything properly before you even start
