Moving to https, notifications still sent pointing to http

A while ago, I moved from http to https. Now most things seem to be working, but if I get a notification mail it still points to http rather than https. Is there some setting that I missed where I can change this?

When you moved to https, did you actually change all of your urls in your site settings?
