Copy SMF for testing to a subdomain

Hello together,

we want to change to the new SMF version soon and we need to test some things.

In order not to crash the live installation (while testing), we have copy our SMF forum to a subdomain, copied the database, copied the files, practically made a copy, only on the subdomain. We have run repair_settings.php under the subdomain so that the paths in the database copy are adjusted. We also have TinyPortal running in the front.
When the forum is called up in the subdomain, Theme 2x displays the header and that's it.
I can't figure out why it only loads the header/menu twice....

Any hints?
