Issue when I click on File Permission

Good day,
I updated my forum to v.2.1.3 but when I click on "File Permission" I get this error:

I haven't seen this error before. Can you attach here the Package.php file? On a side note, you might want to upgrade to 2.1.4. which is the latest version.

What is the permission set to for your Packages folder?

Packages folder permission is 0777.
The this is that I guess I should already be on 2.1.4

What are your attachment settings? Specifically the attachment folder settings.
