Account not showing in Awaiting Approval - Can't activate

I have one existing account that shows in its profile the following: Account requires reactivation after email change (activate)  .
But when I click "activate" it just refers me to the "Awaiting Approval" section but is not listed there. How can I activate though?

Edit:
Oh, I got it: It was hidden by the filter (1 member changed email address). Pretty confusing that the list would initially not show all members awaiting activation.
