I see you are running WAMP...I think you can still run PHP command line from WAMP, as per this video (I am not an expert on this...DYOR)

Yes, in the last attempt i used CLI interface as advised by shawnb61. The error report il a ctrl+c from my windows prompt. Now there is a clue from which to start. Knowing how to read it...

i did a new attempt upgrading to 2.0.

This is solved: the 2.0 update on my database has a bug: the column fromName it's copied whithout renaming it "from_name".
Other error remains unsolved.

I retry to update directly to 2.1.3, but upgrade stops at:

I tried an infinite number of times, trying all possible combinations whithout results: all times i got the same PHP error.
The error message with php 8.2 its very long (i posted it). With php 7,4/7.2  its shorter.
Anyone can understand something in this message? Thanks a lot...

No offense, but you're making a hairball out of a basically straightforward process.  Go back to your host account, restore your original forum in php 5, and start from there.

Thanks for the support, sir, but maybe you didn't read all my posts: I did what you tell me a number of times greater than the number of my hair... It's been 7 nights that I don't sleep to attempt the upgrade, and it doesn't work. The process stops. I reported the error codes, tried all the solutions I was given, but the problem remains. I can't upgrade. If you have any good advice, I will be grateful. Have a nice day

Your forum appears to be running normally in 1.1.21, everything I've looked at works.  You are definitely not in php 8.  There are some customizations, but they shouldn't be preventing upgrade in situ, unless you have a server problem.  Are you on shared hosting?

Yes, they are on a share server. But the thing I can't figure out is:
the first time I tried the update on the server, I put through c-panel the server i PHP 8 and launch the update (in Italian).  The upgrade succeeds, but readings PM's give an error. two days ago i realized after many attempts that the error was due to an upgrade bug, which on my database does not rename the personal messages column. Not understanding what had happened, I reloaded php 5, put back the original database and tried the upgrade again. It worked, but I couldn't stay logged in anymore. I opened this thread, trying a big number of times to upgrade in local mode and two other times on server, but i do not succeeds to upgrade.
It seems that upgrading, can did some modifications to the original data.
Trying in local, i found some strange errors in database. Someone are revelated only with particular combinations of mysql ans php. For example, i find an error when the upgrade works on calendar:
if the process find a date in format 0000-00-00 it can to change it in 0001-01-01. My upgrade stop working and give error. After many times, i understand that this error i's not due to dates of events, but by the cal_maxyear parameter in the options tab of database. In my database, it was 2020. And the update fails... I correct in 2050 and the update go.
This just to explian you that probably  there are many little reasons due to bad mods installed in the time,  who don't give the upgrade process so easy. I have only to understand what they are and solve it before upgrade. That's the reason i share my upgrade errors.

Yes.
1) Upgrading to v2.0 with mysql> 5.5 give an error like this:
"it seems your forum files are in 1.1.21 and database in 1.1.14. Run upgrade 1.1.21 to correct"

2) Traying to upgrading, depending of the mysql version used during the upgrade process, after the upgrade the calendar do non opens. The error is like "bad yead" and it's in cal_maxyear parameter set under the current year.

3)After the first 2.1.3 upgrade failed, i restore database and i tried to  find error in the forum with the admin panel routine. I found a very hight number of messages that are send but do not exists.
The routine asks to correct the error, and the PMs are deleted. In this case, the database becomes smaller by about 4 megabytes.

Yes Sir, i did it, because in the field you means, the database version was 1.1.14. But i got everityme the same error.

I solve the error:
"The directory: c:\wamp64\seduzioneitaliana.com\forum\avs has to be vritable to continue the upgrade.MAke sure..."

the error is not due to due ".com" in the directory, because i cange it in "seduzioneitaliana\forum\ and got the same error.

The cause of the error its repair_settings.php, who do not recognise the path of the directory "avs".
The upgrade process take it from _settings table, where it finds the directory of my on line site.
Changed it in the database, the error "directory not writable" disappears.

Could you provide a bit more specific on what you did?

What errors you are getting when trying to update to 2.1.3?

Is 2.0.19 functioning properly?

The more details that you provide for us, will help us better solve the issue/s that you are having.

I think I know what the problem is.   

FYI, SeduzioneItaliana sent me a cleansed copy of the DB in question.  I can reproduce the issues.  I have PM'd a couple things to try, let's see if that works. 

If so, I'll share the solution here.
