Post count based permissions - trying to hide sub forums

Hello all,

I'm probably being thick again... But I'm trying to hide some sub forums from members with 0 posts.

I've got the post based members group set up like this:



However these members can still see the forums which they are not meant to see, I only wish them to see the top two sub forums until they have made a post introducing themselves.

Am I doing something obviously wrong here?
