Automatic Messaging everytime i change the member group

Hi all,

Its just an idea, but it would be interesting if there was a mod that would send a personal message whenever there is a group change to the members, with a message for each group. For example, if a particular member requests to join group X, then as soon as they are placed there, the system would send a personal message welcoming them and provide some specific recommendations for that group.
