What are the default permissions for Regular Members?

I accidentally changed the permissions for all Regular Members because I was trying to make it so that members can't post on the Announcement board. I'm afraid that I am going to give them too much or too little permissions.

the permissions are pretty well defined...  just give them the permissions that you specifically want them to have (allow)  and set everything else to disallow.
if you have other groups, then giving THOSE groups the extra allowed permissions will then be additive.
