Website acting silly hovering over logo

Hi guys/gals. When I hover over my Site logo it says my address name + the index.php but when I click it, it times out. but if I manually put the name in, it loads..

I will put in the address, if not allowed Edit my post.

(Wont load) times out.

Anyone know why this is?
