1.1 RC1 : Quick moderation bug for non-moderators?

If quick moderation is turned on and a normal user selects the check box next to their post, the "delete selected" button appears.  If you click it, you get the normal pop up asking "ok or cancel", if you click ok, nothing happens...your post is not deleted.  Clicking on the delete button on the post itself works.

For moderators or admins the "delete selected" works properly.

We tried in different forums, no luck. Its in 1.1 RC1 only. 1.0.5 is ok.

Is quick moderation turned on by default?

It's turned off by default. Each user can enable it as a personal layout setting.
