Can someone tell me what file I need to modify to allow my moderators to be able to use "{html}" in posts. As is only admins can use them in posts.

You'd need to modify Subs-Post.php but we don't encourage this as it is provably a security risk.
Holder of controversial views, all of which my own.

It is only allowed for admins for a very good reason.

Thank You both very much, I am aware of the risks however I have much trust in the boards moderators team. I have been looking through the php files all day yesterday looking for it and could not find it so THANK YOU.

Well if you TRUST your Moderators as you say . Just make THEM admins.
