Hello.
I would like to have an option on the forum that allows you to do the following.
The user posts a file on my forum, only I and only he should see this file.
Why is this necessary. Users can post personal information: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, place of residence, can post lists of employees of the organization.

And I also wanted an option so that I could allow the attachment to be shown to everyone. If there is no personal data in the file, then it is allowed to show it to everyone.

This is very specialised, IMO outside the scope of something that should be a core SMF feature for everyone. You would have more luck getting someone to make a modification for it.

Alternatively: install SimpleDesk, use the help desk for the private stuff, and for public stuff regular attachments in a regular board. Not elegant or nearly as convenient but at the very least would achieve your requirements.
Holder of controversial views, all of which my own.

Definitely not a feature that would be needed or used by many.

Is there an option now that allows you to adjust:
1) the user writes a message, it is immediately published
2) the user writes a message, but it will be published after verification by the administrator?
