Recent Forum Topics Plugin Error

Hi,

I installed the package "Recent Forum Topics on Board Index For 2.1.x" and it stucked for some reason.The main page showed a category.Then i thought it is a cache or cookie error, i clean it, checked it, problem was not solved.Tried another browser, error continued.Then i deleted the plugin, the plugin did not inactive.

Can someone help me to delete it from my home page?
