Viewing the Notifytopic

As Admin of my forum, I often browse who's online in the Users online part of the Info Center. It's a good indicator of what is getting online members attention.

One Action that comes up is "Viewing the Notifytopic" which is unclickable.

What does that action indicate please?

I think that indicates that they are viewing the topics that they have received notifications for.

No, it's the action for setting notification preferences.
