I'm here years later, looking for this too. Considering the risks, is it possible to have a preferred domain list for using iframes that would then allow users to embed?

for example, allowing hxxp:youtube.com [nonactive] or hxxp:dailymotion.com [nonactive], but not "mymalwaresite.xyz"

I would suggest something like Simple Audio Video Embedder
This would allow controlled embedding.
