Trying to upgrade SMF

When I try to run the upgrade script file I get:

A critical error has occurred.

This upgrader was unable to find the upgrader's language file or files. They should be found under:

"../../httpx://rcs64.notlhosting.com/forum/Themes/default/public_html//languages"
In some cases, FTP clients do not properly upload files with this many folders. Please double check to make sure you have uploaded all the files in the distribution.

If that doesn't help, please make sure this upgrade.php file is in the same place as the Themes folder.

Any ideas on what is going on.

your language directory setting is wrong....

1- that looks like a relative PATH, not a URL...
2- it then loads the full URL...
3- but adds public_html

Please use repair_settings.php to correct the directory and URL before attempting to upgrade
