How can you create a survey that guests can also answer?

I made it possible for guests in the permissions, but for non-logged in visitors only white bars appear instead of form buttons.

Ok... so, you granted permission in the guest permission profile?

AND you checked the box in the actual poll setting to allow guests to vote?

You need both to be set
