The hosting service that runs our SMF forum sent a message that they are updating to "MariaDB database system version 10.11"  and asks that we confirm SMF 2.1 is compatible with this database upgrade.

Can anyone confirm that SMF 2.1 is compatible with MariaDB database system version 10.11?

I can't say for sure, but I would expect it to work - I'm currently running 10.6.20, and 10.x has generally been proven to be OK for SMF.

Thanks. Our IT guys says the same.  Well, I guess we'll find out!

Either way I will follow up here.

I've been running 2.0 and 2.1 forums in 10.11.11-MariaDB-cll-lve without any problems.
