Those errors are from new PHP versions make sure you have latest versions of SMF of the main version you are on, and mods

I guess I have to upgrade from 2.0.19 I'm horrible with upgrades

Well now it's a new problem, I ran the SMF Upgrade Utility and the database conversion to UTF-8. gets stuck at 27%, maybe its time to close the form as I have been running it since 1999.
