Can't upgrade from 2.0.11 to 2.1.4

Hi

For 3 days, I'm trying to upgrade from 2.0.11 to 2.1.4 by using the Large upgrade file.
I tried with 2.0.19 Large upgrade, and 2.1.4 Large upgrade
Also tried a fresh installation of 2.1.4, then copied all files and DB from 2.0.11 to here, then upgrade.. Nothing works.

For the regular Large upgrade to 2.1.4 I get this error :
You cannot view this attachment.

This upgrade script is out of date! The current version of SMF is 2.1.4 but this upgrade script is for 2.1.4.

Critical Error!
The upgrade script cannot find script.js or it is out of date. Make sure your theme paths are correct. You can download a setting checker tool from the Simple Machines Website
What should I do ?

Download What is repair_settings.php? and run it to make sure that all paths/urls are pointing to the right locations.
