How can I register 20 members from a CSV?

I need to add 20 new members to my SMF 2.1.4 forum. I don't want to dive into the database and insert them manually. Is there a smoother way to register 20 new forum members if I already have a CSV file with their usernames, passwords, and email addresses?

20 is nothing. Just do it manually, one at a time, through the admin tools. Safer than any other option.
Admin-> Members-> Registration-> Register new member
