Major board failure loading

Having issues loading my board, when I add any action such as "?action=who" or anything else for that matter my chances of loading are almost zero. I haven't been able to get into my admin center or anything. Though for the most part just browsing the forums I seem to be able to do with about the same success rate that I have when loading the main index page...

Running SMF 1.0.5
using Helios_Multi theme

Mods include
Ultimate Shoutbox
PJIRC live chat
