Database Error

I've got an error on my database.

Database Error
Got error 28 from table handler
File: /home/virtual/public_html/forum/Sources/BoardIndex.php

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum files are currently at version SMF 1.0.5, whereas your database is at version SMF 1.0.2. It is recommended that you execute the latest version of upgrade.php. 

How can i solve this problem?

It says require an upgrade of my database. im using smf 1.0.5, but it says my database version is 1.0.2. So need an upgrade. my forum is www.virtualborn.com/forum

Did you read the link I attached?

Got error 28 from table handler
   This means you are out of disk space.  Either ask your host to give you more space, try to remove any backup tables, or remove old posts.  Removing files from your FTP will not affect this error - only database-related data.  It probably needs to be solved by your host.

I have lots of space.

MySQL Databases 3 / unlimited
Disk usage 33.30 Megabytes
SQL Disk usage 2.16 Megabytes
Disk space available 5966.70 Megabytes
Bandwidth usage (current month) 454.29 Megabytes
Bandwidth per month is 300GB.

Yes, it is due to the lack of space in attachement folder. i gave more space and now my fprum is UP. Thank u very much for ur immediate reply. thanks very much. i love smf helpers
