Unable to load the 'pm_above' template.

I did the upgrade from 1.05 to 1.1, and am using the "Classic" template.  Everything works great but when anybody tries to check their messages, they get only:

Unable to load the 'pm_above' template.

There is no pm_above template, anywhere.  I reloaded all the files.  Same thing.  Does anybody have any idea which file got corrupted or dropped to cause this?

Re-upload Themes/default/PersonalMessage.template.php

The "pm_above" template is actually a function within that file (template_pm_above()).
