converting in a confusing way

erm ok i tried last time converting in my server but it didn't work and it only worked in other server... so i though of a nice idea.... i convert it from the other server and transfer all the files over to my this server.. .can anyone help me? i can give you pass and user to both of my servers... i can't upload my restore my database in the other server coz my PC doesn't have that much ram to hold it up...
