Where in Recent.template.php permissions are checked?

I know I'am asking too much but I am very curious to learn.
I read everyline of Recent.template.php

But couldnt find where it checks if the user is allowed to that board or not.
Where is it?

It's in Recent.php in the source dir.

I was using $post['board'] but that wasnt what I need as I saw it in the file you spotted

What I need was $post['board']['id]
