ipb 2 Convertor not working

i am using SMF 1.1 RC1 , i need to convert IPB 2.1 to smf ... when i try the convert i get the errors below .. and on my forums no convertion is done. But i can see through phpmyadmin that all smf_ values have changed  , for example smf_posts has now changed to the value of ipb  ...  i dnt understand why the change cannot be seen on the smf forums though :S

yes sure , i converted to phpbb , then from phpbb , i converted to smf

Ah. I didn't know phpBB had an IPB2 converter...
