Add date ordinal suffix variable to the Default Time Format?

Well I asked this in the Features forum but there was no interest so I'm hoping you kind mod makers can help me out. I would think It's extremely easy for somebody with php skills as I think it would mean just adding in a variable setting but I'm not sure. Hopefully for SMF v1.0.5 as well.
