Well I finally got my mysql username/pass error fixed but now I'm getting this

The installer was unable to access the "smf" database. With some hosts, you have to create the database in your administration panel before SMF can use it. Some also add prefixes - like your username - to your database names.

So I figured I have to make the database, do I or no lol?

If so can someone help me do it, I've never made database before...

Yes you need to create a database for use with SMF. Typically it will have your prefix to it and look like this:

yourprefix_smf

Your database name and user and password combo is required to complete your SMF install.
