Here is a smiley set using Comic talk bubbles
The PSD files are included inside the zip package for anyone wishing to alter the captions / text / smileys

Some of those smileys are from IPB meaning we arent legally allowed to usr them

which ones are from IPB?
I got them all from a smiley site which has like a million smileys on it
Plus I didnt know smileys were by IPB and copyrighted
In that case I better copyright the comic bubble of said dimensions above lol
Eitherways I dont think IPB is so petty as to fight over smileys

they cant be IPB smileys man unless IPC got them from vB cos I see the same smileys in vB boards all over the place!

Plus I have insider news into how smileys are made....lets stop this barbaric practice !! VOTE AGAINST SMILEYS - SAVE THOSE LIL YELLOW PIXALATED PEOPLE!

I was editing the smileys and all of the sudden smf logged me off.  When I logged back in, the smileys wouldn't show.  Only words describing the smileys would show.  I think the base url and path are still the same.  Any ideas?  I wouldn't mind starting  over with them.
