Automated emails with attached signature

Would it be possible so that an option could be implimented that allowes automated emails from the forum, as well as when the admin sends emails from the forum, to have a signature area?  For my purpose I would like to have my public PGP attached.

Not sure if it is implemented or going to be implemented but I think email templates were discussed.
