Groups based on Karma

instead of number of posts, is it possible to assign member groups based on karma points, or another reputation system?

Hi!

I would also apreciate a mod that would allow to create per-karma-usergroups. Post-based user groups are not effective, because someone can boost its post count very easily.
If you restrict changing of karma just to moderators, they can award karma to someone and with a high karma the user would be entitled to some benefits
