I have SMF 1.1 set up in a folder called "forum" and it is up and running - works great. My current forum is YaBB 1 Gold - SP 1.3.1 and it is installed in a folder called "cgi-bin". When I run the "yabb_to_smf.php" file to do the conversion, it finds the path to SMF ok, but asks me to fill in the path to YaBB, which I do. Then it also asks for the SMF Database Password. I went to the "Settings.php" file to make sure I had the correct password, but when I enter it it continues to come back with "The database password you entered was incorrect. Please make sure you are using the right password (for the SMF user!) and try it again."

HELP!

Oh, I forgot to mention, that my current forum is the perl version and not the php version so it does NOT use MySQL for storing the data. So I suspect the error message saying my password is incorrect is misleading and the problem is more that it's looking for my data in MySQL and it's not going to be there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
