Attachment Download Numbers

It would be good to have on the stats page, the most popular downloads (eg. which attachment was downloaded the most)
Also, if the feature could be on the browse files page it would also be good.
If you could also see in a person's profile what files they downloaded (Admin's only or permission must be granted) that would also be a good feature.
