Users Active in last 24 hours

I searched the board and can't find anywhere that  this has been brought up, but if i missed it I apologize.  Is there any way to see any user active within the past 24 hours listed along with users currently active within the last 15 min?

Yes, there is a mod that does that. users online today mod

Yes but I had to do all sort of manual pasting and stuff to get it to work.

Not to sound arrogant or rude since this is SUCH as useful and standard feature would it be too hard to make it a default one??
